Online Accessibility is a standard still in it's infancy and there is no clearly defined way of assessing all levels of disability access. However, several bodies have outlined Accessibility 'guidelines', including the W3C and the US Federal Government.
At the time of writing, all pages on this website conform to those guidelines, as fas as can be discerned - given the complex and sometimes elusive nature of those guidelines.
It is the hope that we will one day have a set of Online Accessibility Laws we can all interpret and conform to. In the meantime, we hope toledoinjurylawyer.com doesn't restrict users with special requirements from at least gaining access to the content.
For now, the Web Developer responsible for building and maintaining this website has endevoured to make it as accessible as possible. By all means, please get in touch if you have any questions about this process, or if you would like to point out any shortcomings, or make a suggestion on how to provide further improvements to accessibility.
